All services are provided according to individual agreements and contracts signed with customers. Once such individual arrangements have been made, we invoice for the services after deliveries have been made. In certain situations we may require prepayment and/or advance payments what is agreed with the customer. Detailed conditions of payments are set in individual agreements. We accept payments by credit card in USD or EUR. Customers should approve all invoices and, consequently, we do not have situations when AMBERSHELL would have to refund payments made.
